Quality Control and Inspection
A&D Precision Manufacturing is firmly dedicated to providing excellence in quality. In addition to the industry standard certifications and quality systems, our metrology lab is designed to enhance measurement accuracy, reduce uncertainty and deliver the fully inspected product on time and on budget. Our company is set-up to handle in-process checks as well as final inspection for the full spectrum of requirements.

We understand that reliability of our process rests upon the accuracy of our equipment and knowledge of our engineers and technicians.

Our inspection is done in a Temperature Controlled Environment using state-of-the-art CMM model based inspection. Quality is maintained and improved during the manufacturing process.

A&D Precision Manufacturing utilizes the most up-to-date CAD/CAM software to support tool design, engineering change activity, process planning and programming. CATIA, Siemens NX, IGES, DXF, Point List, Parasolid, Solid Edge, Solid Works and Verisurf are used to insure that the integrity of the part meets the design throughout the manufacturing process.
