Our CNC Vertical Milling Centers (3, 4, & 5 axis ) and our CNC Turning Centers have the ability to do a wide variety of complex machining in which we commonly hold part tolerances to +/-.0002".

We program our CNC machines with a CAD/CAM system capable of reading customer supplied IGES, DXF, Point List Files, Parasolid Files, Solid Edge Files, and Solid Works Files. This insures that the integrity of the part meets the design throughout the manufacturing process.

We have extensive machining experience on castings, forgings and billets in metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel and titanium. We also machine many composite materials like Teflon and plastics.
